Description

Moraine Lake is one of the most iconic lakes in the Canadian Rockies. Located in Banff National Park, Alberta, I visited the lake during a trip in September 2022. With no light pollution and stable weather, the clarity of the skies during my visit blew me away. However, the superb conditions for photographing the night sky were tempered by the risk of meeting some of the local inhabitants, bears, during the night!
