Milky Way and other Astrophotography from Cornwall and Beyond

Astrophotography is my biggest photographic passion. This curious form of long exposure photography is challenging but hugely rewarding. The landscapes of Cornwall provide endless settings for showcasing the night sky, even if clear nights are maybe not as frequent as one would like. This gallery features my best astrophotography taken in Cornwall, as well as some scenes from elsewhere in the world that I’ve been lucky enough to capture.

Astrophotography is probably the most anti-social form of photography. But if the skies are forecast to be clear, then I’ll be heading out in the small hours to try and capture the heavens on camera.
